We're actively seeking talent across several roles: Designer/Sales professionals to envision and sell stunning landscapes; Project Managers to lead our projects with precision; Hardscape Team Leaders/Foremen and Members to craft durable beauty; Maintenance Team Leaders/Foremen and Members to nurture and sustain our green spaces; and Interns to learn and grow with us.

Our typical work hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work during our peak seasons. We value work-life balance and strive to accommodate flexible scheduling when possible.
Our hiring process typically includes submitting a resume and cover letter, an initial interview, and potentially a second interview or practical assessment, depending on the position. We aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.
